Job summary

Manpower UK is recruiting for a temporary HGV Class 1 Driver in Normanton (WF6). You will operate Class 1 vehicles safely across a Monday to Friday schedule with weekends off and shifts across mornings, afternoons and nights.

The role offers day pay of £15.96 per hour and night rate of £18.13 per hour, with optional ADR preferred but not essential. Applicants should hold a valid LGV C+E licence, CPC and DIGI tachograph card, and ideally have 12 months' experience.

Qualifications

• Valid LGV C+E (Class 1) licence or equivalent.
• CPC and DIGI tachograph card required.
• Ideally 12 months experience driving Class 1 HGVs.
• Maximum of 6 points on your licence (no DD, DR, or IN endorsements).

Responsibilities

• Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
• Complete drop and swap trailer runs between Normanton, Ferrybridge, Burton, Bradford, and back.
• Ensure loads are safely secured and compliant.
• Drive modern, well-maintained vehicles to FORS Gold standards.
