Job summary

Manpower UK is hiring a HGV Class 1 Driver for Normanton (WF6). The role offers a Monday to Friday pattern with mornings, afternoons and nights shifts. Pay includes Day shift £15.96 per hour and Night shift £18.13 per hour, plus benefits such as 28 days holiday pro rata and weekly pay.

Join a leading logistics provider delivering global freight and full truckload services. ADR is preferred but not essential; experience with FORS Gold standard driving is welcome.

Qualifications

• Valid LGV C+E (Class 1) licence.
• CPC and DIGI tachograph card required.
• Ideally 12 months experience driving Class 1 HGVs.
• Maximum of 6 points on licence (no DD, DR, or IN endorsements).

Responsibilities

• Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles safely and professionally.
• Complete drop and swap trailer runs between UK locations: Normanton, Ferrybridge, Burton, Bradford and back.
• Ensure loads are secured and compliant with regulations.
• Drive modern vehicles to FORS Gold standards.

• Driving modern, well-maintained vehicles to FORS Gold standards

What we're looking for:

• Up-to-date CPC and DIGI tacho card
