Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd in London is seeking a Claims Technician (Adjusting Executive) to support the Loss Adjuster and guide policyholders through the claims journey. You will communicate clearly, assess details, and coordinate with contractors to progress settlements.

The role combines empathy with independent thinking in a fast-paced environment, with training and opportunities to pursue Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters' Cert CILA qualifications, and the option to work

Qualifications

• Experience in a claims environment, ideally property claims.
• Excellent communication skills with policyholders, insurers and contractors.
• Commitment to work towards the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters' Cert CILA.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the claims process.
• Explain complex details clearly to claimants.
• Negotiate fair settlements with policyholders and insurers.
• Coordinate with contractors to progress repairs.
