Job summary

Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd in Leeds or Manchester is hiring a Claims Technician (Adjusting Executive) on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be the first point of contact for claimants, guiding them through the process and coordinating with contractors to move claims forward.

Qualifications

• Experience in a claims environment, ideally property claims.
• Excellent communication skills with policyholders, insurers and contractors.
• Commitment to achieving the Cert CILA qualification.

Responsibilities

• Guide claimants through the claims process as the first point of contact.
• Explain complex details and negotiate settlements with fairness.
• Coordinate with contractors and support the Loss Adjuster to move claims forward.
