Qualifikationen

• Experience in a claims environment, ideally property claims.
• Excellent communication skills: you'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more; explain complex details clearly and negotiate fair settlements.
• Commitment to work towards the Cert CILA qualification.
