• Handle and negotiate claims with brokers, solicitors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Proactively handle third-party claims to settle cases promptly.
• Investigate liability and quantum to reach a desired resolution.
