MCS Group are partnering with a national insurance provider to build out the Belfast claims department. The Claims Handler role focuses on managing commercial claims from notification to settlement, delivering guidance to clients, and liaising with insurers and third parties.

• CII qualification or working towards professional qualifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial insurance claims from notification to settlement.
• Provide claims guidance and support to clients.

• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the claims process.
