Crawford & Company Glasgow is seeking an experienced Property Claims Handler to manage a portfolio from FNOL to settlement. You will work hybrid in Glasgow, liaising with policyholders, brokers and contractors to ensure timely, accurate claim processing.

You will review policy coverage, document claim records, and deliver a professional service that meets SLAs and KPIs. The role requires strong communication, organisation and a proactive, customer‑focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Support Adjusters in managing a varied portfolio of property insurance claims.
• Deliver a professional end‑to‑end claims handling service, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Review and establish policy coverage, applying policy terms and conditions accurately and consistently.
• Manage FNOL interactions, gathering key information and setting clear expectations with customers and stakeholders.
• Liaise with policyholders, brokers, contractors, and other stakeholders to progress claims efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate claim records and ensure service level agreements are met.
