Brown & Brown Insurance Brokers (UK) Ltd is seeking a Claims Executive in East Grinstead to manage and process client claims with a focus on speed, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. The role requires proactive liaison with clients, insurers, and loss adjusters to deliver exceptional service.

You will maintain detailed claim records, prepare regular MI for client meetings, and support risk management discussions to enhance client protection.

Responsabilidades

• Acknowledge and record new claims on the same day or within 24 hours of notification.
• Return calls and queries the same day, or within 24 hours if not possible.
• Acknowledge client correspondence and act within 3 working days.
• Issue claim settlement cheques on receipt.
• Arrange loss adjusters promptly and ensure contact within 24 hours of appointment.
• Provide proactive, efficient claims service and compliant, value-added support.
• Produce claims information and reports for client renewals.
• Attend client claim review meetings and prepare up-to-date claims MI.
• Be available for client or adjuster meetings and support claims during emergencies.
• Record all claim details accurately in the policy admin system.
• Collaborate with broking and new business teams to provide claims data.
• Identify risk management needs and discuss RM benefits with clients.
• Be the point of contact for large/major/complex losses.
• Flag complaints, conflicts of interest, and E&O where applicable.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including FSA guidelines and training plans.
• Participate in team meetings and undertake related tasks.
