Join our Commercial Claims team and help shape positive claims experiences for some of our key commercial customers and broker partners. You'll support clients through the claims journey, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver great outcomes while identifying opportunities to improve processes and service performance. You'll play an important role in strengthening relationships, supporting retention and helping win new business through outstanding claims service. Alongside managing day-to-day stakeholder engagement, you'll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction and commercial performance.
