Job summary

Aviva plc is seeking a Claims Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Claims team. You will support clients through the claims journey, strengthening broker and client relationships while using data insights to influence outcomes and drive service improvements.

The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, problem solving and cross-team collaboration to deliver positive commercial outcomes. A strong claims background and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience within claims, insurance, client relationship management or a similar customer-facing environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships with customers, brokers and colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence, coach and support others.
• Good data literacy, with the ability to interpret information and use insights to support decisions and recommendations.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance claims and progress towards ACII (or a similar professional qualification) would be desirable.

This is a great job for someone who has experience in claims, insurance, broker relationships or client servicing and is looking to develop their commercial and stakeholder management expertise. You'll enjoy building strong relationships, solving problems, improving customer experiences and working collaboratively across teams. This role would suit someone who is confident communicating with brokers and clients, enjoys using data and insights to influence outcomes, and is passionate about delivering excellent service.

You'll support clients through the claims journey, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver great outcomes while identifying opportunities to improve processes and service performance. You'll play an important role in strengthening relationships, supporting retention and helping win new business through outstanding claims service. Alongside managing day-to-day stakeholder engagement, you'll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction and commercial performance. It's a varied role where you'll combine relationship management, problem solving and data-driven decision making to make a real difference for customers and the business.
