Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor claims performance and identify emerging risks, trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Make balanced, risk-based judgements to support market performance and customer outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across managing agents and Lloyd's.
• Lead discussions on claims capabilities, performance and governance.
• Assess compliance with Lloyd's Claims Principles and intervene where concerns arise.
• Use claims data to influence decision-making and drive improvement.
• Collaborate on market-wide oversight activities and initiatives.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
