Job summary

Lloyd's is seeking a Head of Claims Oversight to lead how we oversee, challenge and strengthen claims performance across the Lloyd's market. This senior role requires insight, judgement and a focus on outcomes, with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior market leaders and use data to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Significant claims experience in an operational, technical or oversight environment.
• Strong knowledge of claims management and risk within insurance or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Claims Oversight team to ensure managing agents deliver claims services meeting Lloyd's expectations.
• Identify and respond to emerging claims performance risks with proportionate actions.
• Use data and MI to turn insight into market actions.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across agents, brokers and market groups.
• Oversee Lloyd's interactions with the LMA on claims matters and Major Event Response.
• Collaborate with Claims Operations, Claims Insight, Underwriting, Pricing, Reserving, Customer and Culture teams.
• Influence the development of Lloyd's claims and performance management strategy.
• Develop and empower a high-performing Claims Oversight team.
