Job summary

Lloyd's in London is seeking a senior leader to head the Claims Oversight team, ensuring managing agents deliver claims services that meet Lloyd's expectations and support strong syndicate performance.

You'll identify risks, use claims data to drive market action, build relationships with senior leaders across brokers, agents and market groups, and work with the LMA on claims matters. This role shapes Lloyd's claims and performance strategy with a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in claims, conduct or delegated authority, gained in an operational, technical or oversight environment.
• Strong knowledge of claims management and risk within insurance or financial services.
• Understanding of Lloyd's, the London Market and international insurance markets.
• Experience leading and developing teams or subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Claims Oversight team and ensure managing agents deliver claims services that meet Lloyd's expectations.
• Identify emerging claims performance risks and take proportionate action when needed.
• Use claims data and management information to turn insight into focused market action.
