Eames Consulting seeks a Claims Operations Manager to strengthen its claims function and drive operational excellence across the platform. The role sits closely with the Head of Claims, focusing on process, governance and using data to improve performance.

You will bring Lloyd’s market experience with a background in claims operations and governance, and you should be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and delivering operational change.

Qualifications

• Lloyd’s market experience in claims operations, governance or performance.
• Experience delivering operational change or claims projects is advantageous.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and turn data into practical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational framework supporting the claims function.
• Review and improve claims processes, controls and workflows for efficiency.
• Develop MI, KPIs and reporting to provide visibility of claims performance.
• Oversee delegated claims arrangements with TPAs, coverholders and third parties.
• Identify and manage operational risks with appropriate controls and structures.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Legal, Actuarial and Operations.
• Support claims-related projects and wider business change.
