Job summary

Eames Consulting is seeking a Claims Operations Manager to strengthen the claims function and drive operational excellence across the platform. You will lead the daily operations, refine processes and controls, and develop MI and KPIs to quantify performance.

The role requires close collaboration with underwriting, risk, compliance, finance, and legal to ensure robust governance and effective change delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lloyd's market and claims operations governance.
• Ability to convert data and insight into practical improvements.
• Experience delivering operational change or claims projects is advantageous.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and highly organized with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational framework supporting the claims function.
• Review and improve claims processes, controls and workflows for efficiency.
• Develop MI, KPIs and reporting to provide visibility of claims performance.
• Enhance oversight of delegated claims arrangements with TPAs and third parties.
• Identify and manage operational risks with appropriate controls.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Legal, Actuarial and Operations.
• Support claims-related projects, systems developments and wider business change.
