MPS has an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Claims Handling team, as a Claims Assistant, on a permanent basis!
This role will involve supporting the claims handling function to ensure that MPS provides an excellent member-first service. You will be joining a team of Claims Assistants to support file handlers with managing their caseloads, as well as managing your own by supporting our members through the preliminary stages of a claim.

This is a ‘hybrid working’ role and would require the successful applicant(s) to attend the office typically 1-2 days per week.
