Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time

Summary:
The Yorkshire Clinic is one of West Yorkshire's leading private hospitals set in three acres of woodland in the grounds of Cottingley Hall near Bingley. The hospital opened in 1982 and currently has 57 bedrooms including one twin-bedded room all with en-suite facilities.
By investing in advanced medical technology, the hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services. The four fully equipped theatres, all with ultra clean air technology, are particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures, such as arthroscopy, hip and knee replacement.
Treatments at the clinic include knee cartilage surgery, knee arthroscopy, knee ligament surgery, cataract surgery and shoulder muscle repair. There is also one theatre especially suitable for minor local anaesthetic procedures.
The role:
We currently have a great opportunity for a Billing Assistant to join our team at Yorkshire Clinic, based in Bingley. The purpose of this role is to assist the Business Office in meeting customer service standards, billing, and accounting objectives. The main task is to raise invoices for patients using SAP ISH in line with company policy.
The role of Billing Assistant will undertake the normal invoicing expected of a Billing Assistant and the more complex invoicing upon completion of training. There will be no line management responsibilities however the successful candidate as a member of the team will need to ensure they display the values underpinning The Ramsay Way. The role is fast paced, varied and includes a variety of administration duties. Working as part of a team and alone the role is suited for a candidate who is proactive and a forward thinker.
