Siamo Recruitment are working with a leading insurance provider to recruit a Claims Administrator in Cirencester. You will join a team of specialists, handling customer claims and the administration that supports these cases, with a hands-on, attentive approach and a focus on building a career in insurance.

The role requires previous claims administration exposure, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM.

Qualifications

• Previous claims administration exposure essential.
• Previous administration exposure essential.
• Previous exposure in Insurance.
• Confident and empathetic communicator.
• Good team player who supports the team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel.
• Full UK Driving License advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Working with clients supporting and advising on their claims.
• Processing and actioning all internal administration relating to claims and policies.
• Being first point of call for the customers and supporting their needs.
• Supporting the Claims Manager with adhoc duties.
• Working from a shared mailbox.
• Logging customer updates and journey notes via CRM.
