Job summary

Siamo Recruitment a division of Siamo Group is hiring an Insurance Administrator. You will join a team of specialists and handle customer claims while providing essential administration support for claims and policies.

The role suits a hands-on, driven candidate with a customer-focused mindset and prior admin exposure. Hybrid working is available after 12–18 months of service, with online collaboration and strong career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous administration exposure is essential.
• Experience in Insurance or veterinary sectors is advantageous.
• Confident and empathetic communicator by nature.
• Good team player with a willingness to support the team.

Responsibilities

• Working with clients supporting and advising on their claims.
• Processing and actioning all internal administration relating to claims and policies.
• Being first point of call for the customers and supporting their needs.
• Supporting the Claims Manager with adhoc duties.
• Working from a shared mailbox.
• Logging customer updates and journey notes via CRM.

As the Insurance Administrator you ll join a team of specialists and build your skillset day by day. Your primary focus will be to handle with customer claims and all administration supporting these cases.

Previous administration exposure is advantageous.

This Insurance Administrator role will include the below responsibilities:

• Working with clients supporting and advising on their claims
• Processing and actioning all internal administration relating to claims and policies
• Being first point of call for the customers and supporting their needs
• Supporting the Claims Manager with adhoc duties
• Working from a shared mailbox
• Logging customer updates and journey notes via CRM

This Insurance Administrator role will include require the below exposure and skillsets:

• Previous administration exposure is essential
• Previous exposure working within Insurance or Veterinary would be advantageous
• A natural confident and empathetic communicator
• Good team player with the want to support the team
• Microsoft Office proficient including Excel
• Full UK Driving License would be advantageous however not essential
