Job summary

Siamo Recruitment, on behalf of a leading insurance provider, is seeking a Claims Administrator in Cirencester. You will join a team of specialists and manage customer claims alongside the administrative support for each case.

We require hands-on, driven individuals with prior claims administration experience within insurance. The role offers career development, a friendly environment, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, health and dental insurance post probation, pension, and hybrid working

Qualifications

• Previous exposure in Claims Administration is essential.
• Previous administration exposure is essential.
• Previous exposure working within Insurance is essential.
• A natural confident and empathetic communicator.
• Good team player with the want to support the team.
• Microsoft Office proficient including Excel.
• Full UK Driving License would be advantageous however not essential.

Responsibilities

• Working with clients supporting and advising on their claims.
• Processing and actioning all internal administration relating to claims and policies.
• Being first point of call for the customers and supporting their needs.
• Supporting the Claims Manager with adhoc duties.
• Working from a shared mailbox.
• Logging customer updates and journey notes via CRM.
