  • Maintain accurate claims data using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
  • Work with automated and technology-assisted processes.
  • Develop knowledge of relevant insurance, legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Interpret technical information within claims documentation and resolve customer issues.

Our client, an international insurance business, is seeking a Claims Administrator to support customers throughout the claims process while maintaining accurate records and delivering responsive service.

You will handle customer enquiries, claims correspondence and settlement activity, working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve effective outcomes. The role offers exposure to insurance, legal and regulatory matters, alongside opportunities to develop your knowledge in a supportive environment.

  • Right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
  • 30 days' annual holiday, with the option to buy up to two additional days.
  • Flexible working options, including part-time, job share and compressed hours.
