Safe World Insurance Group (UK) Ltd is a niche insurance company specialising in Deposit Protection Insurance and Insurance Backed Guarantees for the UK home improvement industry.
They began underwriting policies in 2018 and are one of the only UK-based specialist underwriters of these products, with over 1.25m policyholders, growing year on year. Their team has considerable experience in the home improvement industry and “Insurance Backed Guarantee” market, and aims to continue building on our unique position in this market.
The role
You will provide a full range of administrative services to support the claims team, including the handling of incoming communications ( email, telephone, post), initial triaging of enquiries, query/case allocation, and the monitoring and reporting of installer trading activity in line with agreed service standards, policies and procedures
Principal Accountabilities
- The provision of a comprehensive, efficient, professional administration service.
- Answering and dealing with telephone enquiries to required quality standards and key performance measures.
- Considering and responding to enquiries by email or letter.
- Validating and uploading documents to Customer Relationship Management System (CRM), File Store, Risk Management Systems in line with business process.
- Supporting the claims team through the effective triage and validation of claim requests.
- Assisting in the production of reports, presentations, spreadsheets and process documentation.
- Printing, scanning, recording and distribution of the correspondence received and sent.
- General administration tasks, including post, reviews of email queues, data entry and data validation.
- Monitoring installer trading activity in line with agreed processes and procedures, identifying and reporting on any issues and required steps for resolution.
- Ensuring adherence to organisational policies and procedures.
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other colleagues and teams.
- Prior administrative experience with a proven ability to work to deadlines.
