Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (groundworks/civils experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction processes and commercial principles.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost management and commercial control of groundworks projects.
• Prepare valuations, cost reports, and variations.
• Measure works completed and assess subcontractor payments.
• Support tendering and pricing activities.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditure.
• Liaise with site managers, clients, and suppliers.
• Assist with contract administration and monthly reporting.
