Turner & Townsend is seeking a Civil / Structural Engineering Design Manager to lead multi-disciplinary design input on flagship infrastructure projects. You will work with clients and consultants to ensure buildable, compliant and innovative solutions, from early concept through delivery, with a focus on integration across civil, structural, geotechnical and MEP disciplines.

You will manage design interfaces, drive constructability reviews and uphold health, safety and sustainability standards,

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience managing design through the full project lifecycle.
Strong understanding of integrated design delivery and consultant performance.
Experience with BIM and common data environments.
Excellent communication with clients and staff.

Responsabilités

Lead design input on multi-disciplinary projects from concept to delivery.
Manage design interfaces, constructability reviews and technical assurance.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors and consultants.
Embed health, safety and environmental considerations into designs.
Ensure integration across civil, structural, geotechnical and mechanical/electrical.
