RSE is seeking a Civil Site Manager to join their Asset Management team on a permanent basis. You will report to the Project Manager and take full responsibility for controlling and managing all site activities, including subcontractor work, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.

The role offers accommodation on site and requires flexibility regarding location, with a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career progression within the UK water sector.

Qualificações

• Experience in civil/site management within heavy industry preferred.
• Supervisory and safety-focused with knowledge of MEICA practices could be beneficial.
• SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS are required or highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Instruct, direct, and allocate work to Trade Operatives.
• Ensure on-site activities comply with Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for inspection.
• Plan and organise work for safe and efficient execution.
• Carry out competence assessments per company timetable.
• Discuss matters with trades operatives and contractors; liaise with other sections.
