WSP Global Inc. is seeking an experienced civil engineer to lead technical delivery across feasibility, concept, planning, and detailed design through to construction. The role covers drainage, SuDS, flood risk, highways, and utilities for diverse land and infrastructure projects.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, engage with clients, and drive projects to meet budget, schedule, and quality targets while supporting junior staff development.

Competenze

• Knowledge of highway design, drainage strategies, flood risk management, and utilities.
• Experience in development sector and ability to produce infrastructure masterplans and technical reports.
• Awareness of design codes and planning guidance relevant to civil infrastructure.
• Ability to liaise with clients, authorities, and design teams to obtain approvals.
• Willingness to pursue ICE Supervising or Delegated Civil Engineer roles.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day technical delivery of civil engineering consultancy services across the project life-cycle.
• Provide technical leadership in drainage, SuDS, flood risk, highways, and utilities.
• Fulfil project leadership duties as Project Manager where required.
• Guide and mentor junior technical staff within the team.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders and collaborate with design teams to secure approvals.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget, on programme, and to quality standards for compliance.
