Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our UK team, supporting drainage design, highways and infrastructure projects across sectors. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams and gain increasing responsibility in technical delivery and project management.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering or equivalent with UK development infrastructure experience.
• Ability to design highways, access roads and infrastructure for developments.
• Knowledge of relevant standards and guidance including drainage and 3D modelling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review survey specifications, including utilities and topographical surveys.
• Check and coordinate studies, assessments, and conceptual designs for development schemes.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of highways, drainage, and associated infrastructure for complex developments.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to secure approvals and ensure compliance.
• Contribute to bids and proposals, attend project meetings, and communicate technical solutions.
