Qualifikationen

• Full UK driving licence.

• Ensure staffing levels meet service levels and contract conditions.
• Deploy correct number of officers as per schedule.
• Initiate and manage Requests for Actions.
• Review, monitor, and direct staff per contract.
• Train staff in job tasks and health and safety.
• Maintain attendance levels within teams.
• Circulate information and maintain communications across contract.
• Prepare performance reports for contract management.
• Obtain client approvals and attend required trainings.
• Maintain contract standards and quality at all times.
