Job summary

APCOA Parking UK in Stevenage is seeking a Civil Enforcement Supervisor to lead a team of Enforcement Officers. The role focuses on ensuring parking regulations are followed on public streets and in car parks, maintaining safety and smooth traffic flow.

You will deploy staff per service levels, monitor performance, and provide training. A Full Clean UK driving licence and previous supervisory experience are essential for this 42.5‑hour-per-week, five-days-a-week position.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in a parking or customer services setting.
• Ability to organise and motivate large numbers of staff.
• Experience with traffic and parking regulations (e.g., Traffic Management Act 2004).
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of Enforcement Officers.
• Deploy staff per service levels and contractual conditions.
• Monitor, supervise and direct staff per contract requirements.
• Train staff in health and safety and job duties.
• Maintain attendance levels and circulate information to staff.
