APCOA Parking in Hertford is looking for a Civil Enforcement Officer to patrol streets and council car parks, issue Penalty Charge Notices, and advise the public on parking rules.

This 42.5-hour-per-week role covers five days out of seven, with a benefits package including holidays, pension, a free uniform and opportunities for learning and career progression.

Full UK Driving Licence would be beneficial.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer care skills and able to converse in English.

Responsabilités

• Patrol public streets and council car parks to issue Penalty Charge Notices.
• Guide the public on parking rules and provisions.
• Report defects to street furniture such as signs and road markings.
