Citizens Advice Liverpool is seeking a Debt Advice Caseworker to provide in-person debt advice and casework to clients across the Liverpool area. The role requires a compassionate, people-focused approach and will involve mentoring colleagues to build expertise in money management services.

The position offers hybrid working (4 days in office, 1 day at home) and reports to the Head of Money Advice and Financial Inclusion Services.

• Posts available: 2.
• Contract: Fixed term until 30 June 2027.
• Salary: £27,097 annum (£30,106 after 6 months, when training requirements are met).
• Hours per week: 35 hours.
• Reporting to: Head of Money Advice and Financial Inclusion Services.
• Location: Various locations across the Liverpool area.
• Some flexible hybrid working – 4 days office based, 1 day work from home.
