Job summary

Citizens Advice Liverpool is seeking a Debt Advice Caseworker to provide in-person debt advice and casework to clients across the Liverpool area. The role requires a compassionate, people-focused approach and will involve mentoring colleagues to build expertise in money management services.

The position offers hybrid working (4 days in office, 1 day at home) and reports to the Head of Money Advice and Financial Inclusion Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person high-quality debt advice and casework to clients.
• Mentor and support co-workers to develop skills in debt and money management services.
• Work collaboratively with the team, management and external organisations; adapt to flexible tasks as needed.
