Job summary

A major retail company in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a Mid-Senior level Process Improvement Lead to help promote and facilitate a culture of Continuous Improvement (CI) and Operational Excellence (OpEx) across the organization. This role involves supporting senior consultants, coaching team leaders, and gathering process requirements to enhance customer and colleague experiences. Ideal candidates will have strong project management skills, familiarity with Lean methodologies, and a passion for driving change within operations.

Qualifications

• Ideally Project Manager, Business Analyst, Product owner, Change Manager (or similar role).
• Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Systems Thinking (or similar methodologies).
• Project Management (e.g., producing project plans, managing critical paths).
• Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Support GPX Senior Consultants and Business Partners to ensure improvements are scoped and delivered effectively.
• Provide OpEx and CI Leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team leaders and ops managers.
• Gather detailed requirements and map processes for colleagues.
• Engage and manage stakeholders to understand the case for change.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with colleagues to drive change.
