Job summary

RS Group is seeking a Senior CI and OPEX Leader in Stockport. You will spearhead high-impact transformation programmes, champion Lean and CI practices, and lead Black Belt‑level initiatives across global teams.

The role focuses on delivering measurable business value, improving efficiency, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. You will influence change, build capability, and partner with senior leaders to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

Black Belt or advanced Green Belt with Lean experience.
Proven track record leading global CI/OPEX programmes.
Strong stakeholder management and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver OPEX/CI programmes and Black Belt projects per governance and Hoshin plans.
Drive Lean Management System adoption and CI maturity across regional teams through coaching and training.
Identify and execute process improvements via value stream mapping, automation, and structured problem solving.
Ensure governance, benefits realisation, KPIs and project progress are tracked for data-driven decisions.
Build relationships and champion CI/OPEX to embed improvements in BAU operations.
