Our client is a leading manufacturing organisation with ambitious growth plans and a strong commitment to operational excellence, continuous improvement and people development.

They are seeking an experienced Head of Lean Business Systems / Operational Excellence Leader to drive a structured improvement framework across a key business. This is a highly visible leadership role, partnering with senior stakeholders to embed continuous improvement, strengthen operational performance and drive sustainable change.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach, leading transformation through Lean methodologies, Kaizen activity, leadership coaching, process optimisation, governance and data‑driven decision‑making. You will be responsible for delivering measurable improvements in performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability whilst embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

Experience Required

We are keen to speak with Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean, Business Systems, Transformation or Manufacturing Excellence professionals who have a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements within manufacturing, engineering, industrial or supply chain environments.

You will bring experience leading cross-functional change, facilitating improvement workshops, coaching senior stakeholders, developing capability and driving performance through structured governance and data‑led decision‑making. Experience deploying Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Business Systems or similar methodologies across site‑wide or multi‑site environments would be highly advantageous.
