Marks and Spencer is seeking an Operations Assistant in Liverpool to support stock, deliveries and back-of-house processes. This role is physically demanding and requires a proactive approach to keep the store stocked, tidy and ready for customers.
You will work early shifts (6:00–10:00) on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, with potential for additional hours during busy periods. You will use digital tools to track deliveries and stock levels, collaborating across store teams.
