Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a Café team member for our in-store M&S Café. You will handle order-taking, fulfilment, and customer service during a busy, festive period. You will be a brand ambassador, making recommendations and keeping the cafe operating smoothly.

You will use digital tools to take orders, maintain high food-safety standards, and work with colleagues in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service with the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Tuesday 10:00-15:00
Wednesday 10:00-15:00
Friday 10:00-15:00
Saturday 10:00-15:00
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
