Apollo Fire Detectors is seeking a dedicated role to manage end-to-end orders for China and South-East Asia from quote creation to order fulfillment. You will ensure accurate pricing, timely processing, and seamless data flow across Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency is essential for managing China & SEA orders and communications.

Responsibilities

• Own China & SEA customer orders and relationships, ensuring accurate pricing and timely processing.
• Maintain accurate customer data and orderbook integrity across systems.
• Deliver a high standard of customer experience through clear communication and precise processing.
• Support team workload during busy periods and coordinate with Sales, Production, and Finance.
