Job summary

Esland is recruiting a Children's Residential Support Worker to join our caring teams. You will help deliver high-quality care in our nurturing homes and build trusting relationships with young people to support their growth and wellbeing.

We offer a salary of £35,122 to £35,745 per year, including sleep-in enhancements, and a shift pattern of 2 days on, 4 days off. A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK are required.

Salary: £35,122.00 to £35,745.00 per annum. (including 10 sleeps per month paid at £60 per sleep and an hourly rate of £13.45 to £13.75 per hour depending on qualification).Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.
Hours: 173 hours per month - shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s. Rotas given in advance. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.

• A full driving licence issued in the UK
• Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
• Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
• Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
• Previous childcare or support worker experience is advantageous but not essential
