The Esland Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated Children’s Residential Care Worker to join our Holly Lodge home in Staffordshire. This permanent, full-time position offers a structured shift pattern with sleeps and a focus on therapeutic, child-centered care for young people.
You will support daily living, learning, and activities while promoting equal opportunities and safeguarding. Full UK driving licence and right to work are required.

Compensation: £32,242 - £35,745 / year
Salary: £32,242.00 to £35,745.00 per annum. (including 6 - 10 sleeps per month paid at £60 per sleep and an hourly rate of £13.45 to £13.75 per hour (depending on qualification). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.
Hours: 173 hours per month - shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s. Rotas given in advance. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.

Our beautiful 3 bedded home in the Staffordshire countryside between Newport and Eccleshall offers a nurturing and therapeutic environment for our young people. Our team supports them with all of their domestic needs and socialisation skills while learning new things and experiencing fun activities and excursions together.
We can offer educational places in our schools where our young people can engage in a more personalised education plan to help them turn the curve and reach their full potential.
