The Esland Group Ltd is seeking a Children’s Residential Care Worker for their Stafford area service. You will support young people with daily care, activities, and therapeutic, person-centred approaches to help them achieve positive outcomes.
Role requires a full UK driving licence and incumbent must have the right to work in the UK. The setup includes 173 hours monthly with a two-days-on, four-off pattern and sleep-ins.

Compensation: £33,357 - £33,980 / year
Salary: £35,122.00 to £35,745.00 per annum. (including 10 sleeps per month paid at £60 per sleep and an hourly rate of £13.45 to £13.75 per hour depending on qualification).Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.
Hours: 173 hours per month - shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s. Rotas given in advance. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.
