Job summary

TipTopJob is recruiting an experienced Registered Manager for a brand-new children’s home in the Worksop area. You will lead a dedicated staff team, ensure Ofsted readiness and safeguarding compliance, and develop a child-centred culture focused on safety, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.

Applicants must hold NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (Children and Young People or equivalent) and are working towards Level 5 or willing to enrol.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (Children and Young People or equivalent) and willingness to work towards Level 5.
• Experience working in a children's residential setting and safeguarding knowledge.
• Leadership potential with strong communication skills.
• Passionate about supporting young people and progressing into management.

An amazing brand new job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager for a new childrens home based in the Worksop, Nottinghamshire area. You will be working for one of UKs leading healthcare providers
This is an amazing childrens care service and provides caring, supportive homes for children in the North West and Midlands, focusing on their wellbeing, personal growth, and development in a safe and nurturing environment
To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (Children and Young People or equivalent) : working towards Level 5 or willing to enrol

As The Manager Your Key Responsibilities Include

• Support with the setup and development of a new childrens home

The successful Manager will receive an excellent salary of GBP55,000 : GBP60,000 per annum DOE. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working through days. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
