Job summary

TipTopJob in Mansfield (Warsop area) is recruiting an experienced Registered Manager for a children's home. You will lead a new service within a respected UK provider, ensuring the safety, wellbeing and development of looked-after children.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare and a commitment to Level 5 leadership. You will build a skilled staff team, manage safeguarding, budgets and external partnerships to deliver excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (Children and Young People or equivalent).
• Working towards Level 5 or willing to enrol in Level 5 Leadership and Management.

Responsibilities

• Support with the setup and development of a new children's home.
• Assist in leading and supporting a motivated staff team.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards.
• Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and external agencies.
• Support recruitment, staff development, and supervision processes.
• Contribute to effective budget and resource management.
• Promote a child-centred culture focused on safety, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.

A fantastic brand new job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager for childrens home based in the Warsop, Mansfield area. You will be working for one of UKs leading healthcare providers

This is an amazing childrens care service and provides caring, supportive homes for children in the North West and Midlands, focusing on their wellbeing, personal growth, and development in a safe and nurturing environment

To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (Children and Young People or equivalent) : working towards Level 5 or willing to enrol

As The Manager Your Key Responsibilities Include

Benefits
