Active Assistance is expanding its children\'s care package in Altrincham and is recruiting a Children\'s Support Worker to care for a 10-year-old girl with quadriplegic cerebral palsy who uses a wheelchair. You will be working alongside another Support Worker, focusing on activities such as outdoor play, arts and crafts, cooking, and cinema time.
This is part-time, 18 hours per week, offered as a zero-hours contract.
For genuine occupational requirements we require female support workers for this client. We’re looking to recruit Children's Support Workers to care for a 10 year old girl who has quadriplegic cerebral palsy, she uses a wheelchair and requires hoisting. You will be working alongside another Support Worker for all shifts. The role will involve keeping her busy and entertained, participating in activities with her. She loves being outside, riding her adapted bike, doing arts and crafts, cooking and baking. She also has a cinema room and enjoys watching movies in there.
Shifts available: Tuesdays and Thursdays (4pm-8pm) Sundays (10am-8pm)
Part time - 18 hours a week available
In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
