This role is to support a 15‑year‑old girl who has complex needs due to a traumatic brain injury. She is a wheelchair user, has epilepsy, uses a mini button for feeds and meds, is non‑verbal and communicates using Makaton and her communication book. She lives at home with her family, and we provide support in the family home.
In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero‑hours contract.
