Job summary

Active Assistance is recruiting for a role to support a 4-year-old boy with complex health needs in his family home in Flint, with shifts including days and waking nights. You may initially work in hospital in Rhyl before continuing with home visits.

The role is on a flexible zero-hours contract with ongoing rotas and a supportive care team. You will receive comprehensive training, access to our learning hub, and a pension.

Qualifications

• Experience in paediatric or home care is advantageous.
• Able to work across day and night shifts.
• Comfortable supporting a child with complex health needs.

Responsibilities

• Support a 4-year-old with complex health needs at his family home.
• Attend shifts in hospital at start of placement in Rhyl.
• Follow personalised care plans and record updates for the Care Manager.
• Participate in training and development and act as part of the care team.
