Job summary

Active Assistance, part of Active Care Group, is seeking a waking nights support worker to care for a 4-year-old boy with complex health needs at his family home in Flint. You will join a dedicated care team, following a personalised care plan and working overnight shifts.

The role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, with shifts planned in advance. Pay is up to £14 per hour, plus 14.07% holiday pay; benefits include monthly rotas, ongoing training, Nest pension, and access to the

• Experience with managing epilepsy and working with children.
• Waking nights experience and flexibility are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support one child with complex needs in their family home during waking nights.
• Follow the care plan and administer care as directed by the Care Manager.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent nightly routines.
