Active Assistance is recruiting for a role to support a 4-year-old boy with complex health needs in his family home in Flint, with shifts including days and waking nights. You may initially work in hospital in Rhyl before continuing with home visits.
The role is on a flexible zero-hours contract with ongoing rotas and a supportive care team. You will receive comprehensive training, access to our learning hub, and a pension.

This role is to support our brand new client, a 4 year old little boy with complex health needs in his family home when he returns from hospital (initially you will need to do shifts in hospital in Rhyl). Our client has an acquired brain injury, epilepsy and PEG feed. We are looking for candidates that are confident, energetic and show initiative.
In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.
