Active Assistance is recruiting for waking nights to support a 4-year-old boy with complex health needs in his family home in Flint. The role requires experience with epilepsy management and pediatric care, with shifts initially in Rhyl hospital, then in the family home.

You will join a stable care team, work on a 9-hour waking night shift, and be offered flexible hours, a pension, and career development opportunities within a leading clinical group.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight care for a 4-year-old boy with complex needs.
• Monitor and support epilepsy management and PEG feeding as per care plan.
• Follow rota and handover procedures; document activities for Care Manager.
• Collaborate with family and care team to ensure safe, consistent nightly routine.

Our client has an acquired brain injury, epilepsy and PEG feed.We require candidates that have previous experience with managing epilepsy and with working with children. We are also looking for candidates that are confident, energetic and show initiative.When you will be working:Waking Nights (9 hrs long)Part time or Full time availableIn this role you'll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
